Recodex Clinique IA developer documentation
These pages describe how an agent or an integrator reaches the public developer surfaces of Recodex Clinique IA, the clinical platform for psychologists. They do not grant access to a patient record.
When to call Recodex
Use this documentation to explain the product, to find the OpenAPI description, to start OAuth 2.0 for an authorized psychologist, or to locate the remote MCP server. Do not use it to diagnose a person, to handle an emergency, or to read clinical data without the psychologist responsible for that care.
OAuth 2.0
API authentication uses OAuth 2.0 authorization code with PKCE (S256). The authorization server metadata is published at https://recodexcliniqueia.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server. The supported scope is recodex.clinical.read. The token endpoint accepts authorization_code and refresh_token. Public clients use token endpoint authentication method none.

Versioning and deprecation
Stable routes use /api/v1. A breaking change would ship as /api/v2. The unversioned /api/health path is a deprecated alias: responses include a Deprecation header (RFC 9745) and a Sunset header of Fri, 01 Oct 2027 00:00:00 GMT. Until that date the alias keeps the same JSON body as /api/v1/health.
Errors and rate limits
Unknown API routes and rejected requests return RFC 9457 application/problem+json with type, title, status, detail, instance, code and resolution. OAuth token errors keep the error field and add error_description, code, message and resolution. The public API allows 120 requests per 60 seconds and sends RateLimit-Policy and RateLimit. A 429 also sends Retry-After.
Command-line client
The recodex command calls the versioned health probe, the OpenAPI document and the API catalog: recodex health, recodex openapi, recodex catalog. The source ships with the product. Publishing that client to npm, PyPI or Homebrew still requires a package-registry account.
